Brahman, the ground of all existence, is the ultimate or universal substrate, the reality behind being itself. Rishis described Brahman as infinite being, infinite consciousness, and infinite bliss. Brahman is regarded as the source and essence of the material universe.

The triangle— internal, basic, and supportive— represents being. The circle, a symbol of life, represents living consciousness. The heart, an emblem of happiness and joy as well as love, here represents bliss.
